- All orders will be sent out within 7 days of being received. Orders of more than 4 books with a street address within Australia will be sent out by courier. All other orders will be sent by Australia Post.

- The ATF Press web site is a secure site and uses various mechanism to protect your data and information both within the program utilised and with Paypall for your payments via credit card. You may of course also opt for making an order over the phone – 08 83542299. No data sent to the ATF from this web site is handed over to any third party.
- Ordering
- All Orders from this web site will be downloaded on a Tuesday of each week and sent out in the order in which they come in. If a book is out of stock when the order comes in, you will be notified by phone, email or fax.

- Viewing Orders
- When purchasing through the ATF Press site, you can either register as a customer or make a once off purchase as a guest. For users who choose to register as a customer, you can login and view any orders you have previously submitted. To register, click My Account on the right hand side.
